Fees
A monthly maintenance and common expense fee is due at the first of the month. The fee includes the following services provided by the park :
- park-owned cable TV including 44 broadcast channels, a bulletin board channel (The Video Breeze) and a channel that monitors the four security cameras located at the entrance to South Winds.
- Mowing and trimming.
- Water and sewage.
- Trash and yard waste.
